My visual poetics has a strong connection, in addition to the affective relationship, with the mass culture - advertising advertisements, magazine covers, posters, comic books, rock, cinema, TV, popular everyday items - and collections of objects kept throughout the life, without any ceremony in the appropriation and transformation of these available universes. I use the common and ordinary and engage in dialogues through drawing, painting, collage and assemblage, techniques that are communicable to each other, with color as a fundamental element. My work does not aim at complexity, on the contrary, the simple poetic narrative aims to embrace common ideals, in which the other is recognized. Thus, it can be said that my art is a synthesis of joining, dialoguing and expressing. From the creative act, a ligature of pigments, affections, thoughts, memories and, why not, a hint of delirium.
